P101: Introduction to Pilates

This all-levels class is designed to be an introduction to the classical Pilates method. You will learn practical alignment tips as well as breath and movement techniques in a friendly, supportive environment. It’s a great way to start your week whether you’re taking your first Pilates class or you’re a longtime practitioner.

RTL: Return to Life

“Physical fitness is the first requisite for happiness.” Using the original Pilates mat sequence and this bold statement as our inspiration, this athletic class is designed to help you build endurance, control, and coordination. While this class is best suited to students with an established Pilates practice, it is open to all levels.

R&R: Rest & Restore

This slower-paced class is dedicated to lowering your blood pressure and decreasing your stress levels through yin yoga, breathwork, and a variety of restorative practices. Take an opportunity to reset by giving back to your body, which gives so much to you. Pair it with the P101 class before for a perfect Sunday afternoon of self-care!

Shorties

When you don’t have the time or mental bandwidth to commit to a full hour-long practice, try a “Shorties” class. In just 20-30 mins get your mind focused, your blood pumping, and your muscles working so you can get back to your life with a little extra pep in your step. Please note classes are labeled as gentle or athletic.
