  • Love Your Buns! is a Pilates-based movement program devoted to transforming your pelvis into the powerful superhero you need it to be to persist in the face of daily resistance.

    The program includes six weekly movement classes, six weekly guided discussions on the mind-body connection, over 35 activities and assessments, and 1:1 help in creating an effective custom home practice. Plus it supports your learning by offering a private and supportive communal forum for more meaningful connections as well as access to all class recordings for four months.

  • This six-week program is for working professionals whose buns feel defeated and must resist the powerful deflating force of our modern sedentary working conditions.

    It’s for overburdened, undersupported postpartum buns who want to get up off the ground with dignity and grace, rather than an embarrassment or mess.

    It’s for the been-through-the-wringer buns of anyone recovering from hip and knee surgery.

    And, frankly, it’s for all buns over 40 years old because a powerful pelvis is no longer something to be taken for granted.

  • Jump-start joyful movement in your body, Feet First! This on-demand mini-course will help you transform your feet from those things that give you grief to a dependable support network that you can trust.

    We will dive into common lower extremity concerns, define optimal alignment and proper gait biomechanics, and learn practical self-massage techniques and strengthening exercises that gives your body the power of choice.

    We will learn how to put our newfound skills into immediate action so that you have the confidence to stand your ground, march for change, or dance your ass off.

  • This course is for anyone with at least one foot! If you want to move with more ease and skill, relieve any foot/ankle/knee pain, improve your balance, learn about injury prevention, and/or want to be able to walk longer distances, this foot-focused mini-course is for you!

  • Once you purchase access to the course you will be automatically redirected to the course page with all of the recorded content!

    This mini-course includes eight modules to help identify the Hallmarks of Healthy Feet and What’s Getting In Our Way as well as learn the self-massage and strengthening techniques necessary to return your feet to life.
