Join us for this unique outdoor day-long movement retreat, where you’ll be guided through three movement classes, each led by a different teacher.

In-between classes, you'll have time to enjoy a float in the pool, commune with the chickens, or take a quiet nap in the sun.

Take this time to move, slow down, and connect with friendly folk to feel mentally recharged and physically restored.

Movement Social

You are officially invited to The Movement Department’s first-ever Movement Social on Saturday, June 18th! This day-long special event will be hosted outdoors in the darling Delta town of Clarksburg, CA by a dream team of veteran movement experts including Catherine la O', Althea Cervantes, and yours truly.

You’ll be guided through 3 movement classes led by each of us: one to enhance awareness, one to build strength, and one to learn the art of deep relaxation. 

We will provide a delicious plant-based lunch and in between classes you'll have time to relax and enjoy a float in the pool, make a new friend, or nap quietly in the shade!

Take this time for yourself to move, slow down, and commune with friendly folk so you can feel mentally recharged and physically restored.
